I have played the 3-5 200NL at the Commerce when half the table was sitting on over 100 BB's and a few were sitting with stacks of over 200 bb's. I'd say you try your best to explore as many games and venues as you can and stick to your guts. No one can just tell you which game to start with because it depends on so many factors such as your risk tolerance, comfort, and skill level.

If you are going to play 2/5, you may want to look into other cardrooms aside from Commerce because the buy-in and rake structures at Commerce suck for someone who plays for long term profit.
